(A) HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (HYPERTENSION)

Arteriosclerosis, characterized by increased cholesterol, blood urea, and arterial hardening, leads to hypertension. Patients experience symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, breathlessness, and chest heaviness. Severe hypertension may result in nosebleeds and cerebral hemorrhage, potentially proving fatal. Regular blood pressure monitoring, proper medication, and avoidance of hypertension-inducing factors are essential. In cases of hypertension, medications like Dawa-ush-Shifa, Qurs Rahat, Jawarish Shahi, and Mufarrah barid may be prescribed alongside effective treatment.

Raulfin: This tablet helps maintain cholesterol and blood urea levels, mitigating hypertension. Recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tablets twice a day with water or as directed by a physician.

(B) LOW BLOOD PRESSURE (HYPOTENSION)

Hypotension, or low blood pressure, manifests as darkness below the eyes, lethargy, loss of appetite, and difficulty breathing. Causes include prolonged illness, general weakness, malnutrition, cardiac weakness, and anemias. Various remedies like New Shama Tonic, Ainergyle, Habbe Amber Momyaee, Arq Maullaham Do Atesha, Jawarish Jalinus, Dawa-ul-Misk Motadil Jawahar Wali, Kushta Faulad, and Kushta Tila may be recommended.

New Shama’s D M M J Tablet: This tablet supports vital organs like the heart, liver, stomach, and kidneys, addressing palpitations and anxiety. It is a rich source of calcium. The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 tablets two to three times a day or as directed by a physician.

New Shama Health Tonic-SF: A herbal tonic that boosts energy and combats fatigue, lethargy, and weakness. Recommended dosage is 15 to 30ml twice a day or as directed by a physician.

Super Muqavvi: A unique herbal tonic by New Shama Laboratories containing natural vitamins and minerals to enhance overall body strength and regulate low blood pressure. The recommended dosage is 1 teaspoonful (TSF) two times a day with water or milk, or as directed by a physician.

(C) WEAKNESS OF HEART AND PALPITATION

Heart weakness and palpitation result from slow blood circulation and weakness in cardiac muscles. Causes include mental shock, excessive thinking, anxiety, excessive sexual intercourse, and stimulant or narcotic use. Various remedies such as Abresham tablet, Arq Amber, Arq-e-Gaozaban, Arq-e-Gulab, Dawa-ul-Misk Motadil Jawahar Wali, Dawa-ul-Misk Motadil Sada, Habb-e-Jawahar, Jawahar Mohra, Jawarish Shahi, Khamira Abresham Hakim Arshad Wala, Khamira Marwareed/Marwareed Khas, Khamira Zamarrud Khas, Khamira-e-Sandal Sada, Kushta Marwareed, New Shama’s D M M J Tablet, and New Shama’s M Wareed Tablet may be administered.
