(A) ATONIC STOMACH AND LOSS OF APPETITE

Prolonged illness, neurological weakness, and excessive use of medicines can lead to gastritis and hepatitis, resulting in stomach weakness. Patients experience a lack of appetite and an aversion to eating properly.

Araq Ajeeb: Highly effective in stomach flatulence, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and stomach ache. Directions: Mix 2 to 5 drops in a cup of normal water and use as required or as directed by the physician.

Araq-e-Badiyan: Useful in intestinal diseases and strengthens the stomach and liver. Directions: Take 125ml lukewarm.

Arq Biranjasif: Strengthens the stomach and liver, alleviates abdominal pain and phlegmatic fevers. Directions: Take 125ml after mixing with Sharbat Kasoos 25ml.

Degass Syrup: Useful in chest burning, dyspepsia, flatulence, sour belching, and constipation. Directions: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) after meals.

Habb-e-Pechish: Stops loose motions and nervous tension, also useful in cases of heaviness. Directions: Take one pill with water at bedtime. In case of heaviness, drink castor oil mixed with 40ml of milk early morning, one day before starting the treatment.

Iksir Meda Khas: Useful in stomach and intestinal diseases. Beneficial in loss of appetite, gas formation, flatulence, and excessive sour belching. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets after meals.

Jawarish Meda: Strengthens the stomach, aids digestion, and normalizes intestinal peristaltic movements, providing protection to the stomach, liver, and intestines. Directions: Take 5g in the morning and evening or after meals with a small quantity of water.

Jawarish Pudina Wilayti: Strengthens the stomach, improves appetite, helps in digestion, and provides relief from nausea and vomiting. Directions: Take 10 to 20g after each meal with water or as directed by the physician.

Jawarish Qurtum: Strengthens the stomach and intestine, aids digestion, increases appetite, removes constipation, and regulates urinary problems. Directions: Take 10 to 15g on an empty stomach in the morning or as directed by the physician.

Jawarish Tabasheer: Useful in nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Strengthens the stomach and removes constipation. Directions: Take 5g with water in the morning and evening.

Jawarish-e-Ood Shireen: Strengthens the stomach, aids in digestion, and stimulates appetite. Directions: Take 5g with fresh water in the morning on an empty stomach.

Jawarish-e-Jalinoos: Strengthens the stomach and intestines, removes digestive weakness, useful in headache, excessive gas formation, foul smell of the mouth, and removes constipation. Directions: Take 5g with water in the morning or after meals.

Jawarish-e-Tamar Hindi: Reduces excess bile, strengthens the stomach and liver, checks nausea, and stimulates appetite. Directions: Take 5g with water in the morning.

Majun Khabsul Hadeed: Absorbs bad secretions from the stomach, stimulates appetite, strengthens the stomach, and is useful in hemorrhoids. Directions: Take 5g in the morning or at night with a little water.

Majun-e-Flasifa: Corrects digestive disorders, stimulates appetite, removes bad breath, and is useful in lumbago, renal pain, arthritis, and neuralgic diseases. Directions: Take 5-10g in the morning and evening.

Majun-e-Nankhwah: Digests meals, stimulates appetite, and strengthens the stomach. Directions: Take 6g in the morning with water.

Namak Jalinus: Improves gastric and intestinal functions, increases secretion of fluids, helps in digestion, relieves flatulence, and aids in producing pure blood in the body. Directions: Take 2 tablets after meals.

Namak Sulemani: Stimulates appetite and strengthens the stomach. Directions: Take 1-3 tablets after meals with a little water.

NEW SHAMA’S Falas Tablet: Useful in the correction of the digestive system, improves appetite, strengthens the heart and brain, and is beneficial in polyuria and generalized joint pain. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets two times a day after each meal or as directed by the physician.

NEW SHAMA’S Jal-Nus-Tab: Useful in indigestion and gas trouble, improves appetite, effective in headaches due to indigestion, foul smell of the mouth, polyuria, improves the immune system, removes constipation, and stops premature graying of hair. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets after each meal or as directed by the physician.

Qurs Pudina: Strengthens the stomach and liver, increases appetite, aids in digestion, and releases gas. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets after each meal or as directed by the physician.

Safuf Namak Sulemani: Stimulates appetite and strengthens the stomach.

(B) NAUSEA, VOMITING, AND HICCUPS

Nausea and vomiting often occur due to pregnancy in females and various digestive disorders, excessive bile secretion, hyperacidity, and changes in gastric movements. Patients feel nauseous from edible items and frequently vomit, leading to weakness.

Araq Ajeeb: Highly effective in stomach flatulence, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and stomach ache. Directions: Mix 2 to 5 drops in a cup of normal water and use as required or as directed by the physician.

Arq Podina: Useful in nausea, vomiting, and indigestion. Strengthens the stomach, stimulates appetite, and is a carminative. Directions: Take 25-50 ml mixed in Sikanjabeen (as required).

Jawarish Ood Tursh: Checks nausea, strengthens the stomach, and stimulates appetite. Directions: Take 5g with water after meals.

Jawarish-e-Anarain: Useful in nausea and vomiting, strengthens the stomach and liver, and stimulates appetite. Directions: Take 5g in the morning or as directed by the physician.

Sikanjabeen Lemooni: Useful in nausea, vomiting, thirst, and reduces fever. Directions: Take 25ml mixed in fresh water.

Note: In addition to the above-mentioned medicines, Rafiq Ajeeb, Safoof Chutki, and Mumtaz Gripe water may be used for kids.

Tulsi Drop: Effective in palpitation and irregular heartbeat, improves appetite, retains urine, relieves colic pain, and boosts immunity. Directions: Take 5 to 10 drops in a glass of normal water twice a day or as directed by the physician.

(C) STOMACHALGIA, INDIGESTION & GAS COLLECTION

Excessive use of spices, tobacco, tea, analgesic medicines, alcohol, and anxiety are major causative factors. Patients experience pain in the gastric region and restlessness. Hyperacidity causes chest burning and belching. Dietary disorders lead to indigestion, resulting in abdominal cramps, tenasmus, sour belching, and heaviness in the abdomen.

Alkali Tablet: Useful in hyperacidity, causing burning in the stomach, esophagus, and chest. Also beneficial for belching and indigestion. Directions: Take 1-1 tablet with fresh water after meals.

Arq Elaichi: Provides benefits in loose motions, removes digestive weakness, and acts as an exhilarant and cardiac vitalizer. Directions: Give 60ml after mixing with Sikanjabeen Lemoni 25ml.

Arq Zeera: An appetizer, beneficial in gastric disorders, reduces obesity, and minimizes abdominal fat. Directions: Take 25-25 ml twice a day; for obesity reduction, it may be given along with Safuf Mohazzil.

De gas Tablet: Useful in abdominal heaviness, acidity, gas formation, and flatulence. Directions: Take 2-2 tablets after meals.

Habbe Haltit: Expels gases, reduces heaviness in the abdomen, and corrects digestion. Directions: Take 2-2 pills after meals.

Habbe Papita: Beneficial in abdominal pain, gases, and relieves constipation by correcting digestion. Directions: Take 2-2 pills after meals.

Habbe Tinkar: Expels gases, reduces heaviness in the abdomen, strengthens the stomach, and relieves constipation. Directions: Take 2-2 pills after meals with water.

Habb-e-Tursh Mushtahi: Strengthens the stomach, aids digestion, and expels gases. Very effective in Piles (Bawaseer Badi). Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets after each meal with water or as directed by the physician.

Hazmeena Chatni: Excessive use of spicy or normal diet causes indigestion, leading to heaviness in the abdomen, sour belching, or burning in the chest, and excessive gas formation. The use of Hazmeena chatni provides relief. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tsf after each meal or as directed by the physician.

Hazmeena: Effective in anorexia, sour belching, excessive gas formation in the abdomen, and improper digestion of food. Directions: Take 1 tablet before meals and 1-1 tablet after meals with fresh water.

Jawarish Kamuni Kabir: Useful in abdominal pain and gaseous colic, expels gases, and relieves constipation. Directions: Take 5g with water as needed.

Jawarish Kamuni: Removes hyperacidity, belching, and indigestion, dries up bad secretions, and corrects stomach function. Also, a mild laxative. Directions: Take 5g with water before or after meals.

Jawarish-e-Bisbasa: Useful in dyspepsia, checks abdominal expansion, and beneficial in non-bleeding piles. Directions: Take 5g with water in the morning and evening.

Jawarish-e-Zanjabeel: Useful in gastrointestinal disorders and indigestion, removes nausea. Directions: Take 5g with a little water in the morning and evening.

Qurs Alkali: Useful in hyperacidity, causing burning in the stomach, esophagus, and chest. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets with water after each meal or as directed by the physician.

Sharbat Belgiri: An exhilarating drink that normalizes gastrointestinal function, reduces heat, and counteracts bilious effects. Directions: Take 50ml with fresh cool water.

Sharbat Kasoos: Strengthens the stomach and liver, removes liver blockage, and helpful in fever related to liver disorders. Directions: Take 25 to 50ml with water or Arq Badiyan or as directed by the physician.
